Groupon 

Groupon vouchers are for first time clients only. If you have been to Bodies Best Friend for any service and purchased and/or was gifted a groupon voucher you will still have to pay full price on your service minus the promotional amount you already paid. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in forfeiting your voucher completely. 

Arrival/Late Arrival

Please arrive 10 mins. prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Appointments start promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving late will cause you to forfeit that time. And your service will be altered to accommodate the remaining time left or you might have to reschedule your appointment.

If arrived 10 minutes late you will be required to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation/No Shows

We reserved that time especially for you; therefore we ask that a 24-hour cancellation is required. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule services of three or more treatments.  Failure to provide a 24-hour cancellation would result in a $20 cancellation fee. 

Groupon Voucher / Massage Membership: Failure to provide a 24 hour notice will result in forfeiting your Groupon Voucher or prepaid membership session. 

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service prior to being able to book another appointment. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also potential business from other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Inclement Weather Policy

Bodies Best Friend cancellation policy is a 24 hour notice. But, during the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes. But encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointments.

Concerns/Cell Phone

As we all love kids and adore them... We here at Bodies Best Friend try to create a relaxing environment for our clients. Therefore we have a No Kid policy unless they are receiving a service. 

We kindly ask that you turn your phones to silent and remember to speak in a very soft spa voice once you enter the spa.
